Accomplishment(s): The Rebels’ catcher contributed behind the plate at catcher and in the circle, but Stellar was especially ‘stellar’ with the bat in her hands. Flintridge Prep won two playoff games before being eliminated, which is one more victory than any other program in the Pasadena area. Stellar homered twice in the playoffs, tripled and drove in a total of seven runs. Her coach, Julie Mejia, said Stellar came in at pitcher in a postseason game and got the Rebels out of a bases-loaded jam. Prep hammered Coastal Christian and Santa Clarita Valley International in the CIF-SS Division 7 playoffs by a combined margin of 45-6 before falling to San Gabriel Mission.
