Mayfield won its fourth consecutive game Saturday.
The Cubs crushed Hoover, 12-4, thanks to 11 hits.
Jack Baggott went 2 for 4, with two runs scored, and she drove in two more.
Madeline Biscaichipy also went 2 for 4, with two runs scored and four RBIs.
Taylin Yankovich was 1 for 2 with three RBIs.
Julia Watson had two hits, scored two runs and drove in one run.
Jaylin Domingo went all 7 innings and allowed just one earned run on 7 hits.
The sophomore walked five batters and struck out seven.
Mayfield will host Poly on Tuesday afternoon as Prep League play will resume.
