Sophia Sansoe sure left her mark in Wednesday’s nonleague victory over Poly.
The Lancers pitcher went the distance, allowing four earned runs and striking out three.
Offensively, Sansone went 3 for 3 with a sac fly, a run scored and she drove in two runs in La Salle’s 7-4 victory.
Shelly Encinas had two hits, including a double. She scored a run and had 3 RBIs.
Collette Allen had an RBI double, and Lauren Veneri had one hit and scored twice.
For Poly, Catalina Alonso went 3 for 4 with two doubles a run scored and she drove in two runs.
Brennah Bronk helped her own cause, going 1 for 3 with a home run and she scored two runs.
Ella Cornwell single and drove in a run and Ali Ulin scored in her season debut.
