Quotable:
Maranatha infielder Marco Martinez: “We all knew we had to bounce back and forget about a loss. That’s just the way baseball was made, we’ve proven we can bounce back. All three times we’ve lost, nothing’s changed, and I just have to keep producing every way I can to help my team.”
Maranatha infielder Eddie Lopez: “We came out of Wednesday and didn’t have a great focus. We didn’t execute when we had the chances. But today, we did all the small things it takes to win baseball games. We really pulled together and we bounced back well.”
