Chadwick’s 8-1 victory over Flintridge Prep on Wednesday kept Chadwick in a first-place tie with Poly heading into the final week of the regular season.
Both the Dolphins and Panthers cruised to victories on Wednesday.
Chadwick defeated the visiting Rebels, 8-1, and Poly hammered Firebaugh, 20-3.
Prep’s Taylor Yoshida went 2 for 3 with a triple and an RBI.
Libby Penn had one hit and scored a run for the Rebels.
Mia Myoneke, Madison Benson, Megan Dinnegan, Jordan Wong, Alex Davisson and Alexa Schulten all had one RBI apiece for the Dolphins.
Alex Davisson got the win, going all seven innings and allowing one run on five hits and she struck out 11 Prep batters.
