It’s difficult to win playoff games on the road.

It’s even more difficult when you fall behind early.

El Camino scored seven runs in the first two innings and never looked back.

The Warriors defeated PCC, 8-1, on Friday afternoon in game one of the Super Regional playoffs in Torrance.

Taylor Rashi went the distance and allowed one unearned run on seven hits.

Rashi walked three and struck out nine to improve to 11-3 this season.

El Camino roughed up Paul McAllister for five runs on four hits and four walks.

PCC will have to win games Saturday and Sunday to advance.

Andres Kim went 2 for 5, including an RBI single that plated Jose Jimenez in the third inning.

Jessie Garcia had two hits, while Jeremy Conant, John Bicos and Jose Jimenez each had singles for the Lancers.

Brad Dorn went 2 for 5, including a triple.

Dorn scored twice and drove in three runs for El Camino.

First pitch for game two is at 1 p.m, at El Camino.
