It looks like it didn’t take long for AJ Nicassio to get back into the swing of things.
Pun intended.
Nicassio played football for the Rebels in the fall, and just finished his time with Garrett Ohara’s basketball program that won a share of the Prep League championship.
As well as he’s played for both the football and basketball programs, Nicassio, we believe is most suited as the star of Sean Beattie’s volleyball program.
Nicassio had 17 kills and led the Rebels to a 25-14, 25-13, 19-25, 25-21 victory over Glendale on Monday.
Majeed Ismail had a solid match for Prep, and finished with 10 kills.
Tim Treinen added 41 assists and 2 aces.
Prep will walk across the street today (Tuesday) and take on La Canada at 3:30.
Records:
Glendale (1-1); Flintridge Prep (3-0)
