Quotable:

La Salle coach Tiare Tuitama: “We had an eye-opening start in the beginning of our preseason, especially after graduating seven seniors. We are really starting to show the potential that we knew we had. The boys are working hard at practice and holding each other accountable. This squad plays with and for each other. We’re looking forward to this Thursday’s game when our two transfers are able to play. They will help bring a new dynamic to the team.

La Salle junior outside hitter Will Dalgarn: “Our team started off playing some tough teams like Orange Lutheran , but it helped us grow as a team. Without those challenges in the beginning, I don’t think we could be where we are today. I’m really proud of the work and dedication that everyone has put in, and can’t wait to see what we do as we go further.”

La Salle senior Philip Ibarra: “I am having a lot of fun playing with these guys. We have a lot of individual talent on this team, but we’ve been playing much more as a unit lately. As long as we continue to play as we are now, I believe we will have a strong playoff run in the future.”
