This might sound familiar.
A volleyball player with the last name of Lund led FSHA to a victory.
No, it wasn’t Kayla, because she’s off playing at the University of Pittsburgh.
But Megan Lund, a junior outside hitter picked up part of her cousin’s slack by adding 14 kills and nine digs in a sweep over St. Lucy’s to open the 2017 season.
The Tologs (1-0) earned a 25-15, 25-20 and 25-13 victory.
Emily Smith had 12 kills.
Cate Doud chipped in with 39 assists and 12 digs.
FSHA will travel to Rancho Cucamonga next Tuesday at 5:45.
